Enredo

A coed student having an affair with a professor threatens him when he rudely dumps her. He is killed that same evening, and Matlock must investigate whether some cheating students had sufficient motive to kill the professor.

John Gallagher, an English professor gives everybody A's, except for Mark Carter, who was accused of cheating on his test. Marcie asked the professor about having an affair with another woman, when he denied to say anything. While typing up the student's grade on computer, one of the students killed the professor, and it's up to Matlock, Conrad and Michelle to see who did it!
