Trivia

In 'A Taxing Problem' of her own, Kelly is taxed with solving an algebra problem where a farmer has 50 potatoes and 6 children, and he wishes to divide half of them among one third of the children, and the rest among the others. Kelly doesn't realize that the problem is a trick question (25 potatoes can't be divided among 2 children evenly, and even if divided unevenly, there is no way to determine how many each of the remaining children would get). Instead, it is implied that she opts to sleep with the teacher in order to pass math; which could mean she was smarter than thought after all. See more »

Steve's last episode!
14 June 2009 | by SylviastelSee all my reviews

David Garrison had spent three and half seasons on this pioneer sitcom which launched the Fox network. He had decided that he had missed New York City and the theatrical life so this was his official last episode. By then, Steve had decided that he wanted to become a park ranger at Yosemite. In the meantime, Al gets hit by the tax man. He finds an advertisement in the newspaper where a couple would be willing to pay a lot of money for actual human hair. The problem is that it's Peggy's and she would rather see her husband go to prison than lose some of her hair. Actually, she's the reason that there in the mess in the first place. It's a funny episode. Sadly, I thought Steve's departure would wreck the show but I was wrong. The show would be reborn.
