Goofs

When Solo was flying the Bell 47J helicopter in act 1 he was in the left seat. Bell helicopters pilot from the right seat even though the cyclic is within reach of the left. He could not have had access to the collective and throttle. Also Solo's rather abrupt movements of the cyclic would most likely cause a loss of control or crash, and holding the cyclic between his knees while talking on the communicator is also a no-no.
