Eerie but light-hearted

Everything's at the expense of poor ol' Rick this week as he gets his heart broken and sets Magnum off on a good old-fashioned ghost story. Everyone sees the image of a woman who was murdered back in the '40s, but is it a genuine apparition or an elaborate ruse? 'The Woman on the Beach' is a pretty straight procedural, but there are moments when this is a lot of fun. Rick gets dumped early one, which has the others in a fit of belly laughs (it's a pretty funny scene) and everyone seems to be out to exasperate Magnum; Rick, TC, the eccentric shovel-wielding German.

Some good laughs here.
