The attractive old home seen in Part 2 is the Playter Mansion, a heritage home built in 1870, and one of the oldest surviving houses in East Toronto. Interestingly, Playter Blvd., which leads up to the Playter Cres. house from Danforth Ave., used to be the driveway of the old farmhouse.
