Doug takes Arthur out on a Friday night because he feels sorry for Arthur being all alone. When Carrie hears about this, she shows her appreciation to Doug by giving him oral pleasure. Doug starts to take Arthur out more and more because he hopes Carrie will keep 'appreciating' him. However, Arthur doesn't really fit in with the rest of the group Doug hangs out with. Written by

The title of this episode is a word play on "oral sex" when Carrie is so appreciative of Doug spending time with Arthur that she gives him oral sex and Doug is spending the rest of the episode trying to do more with Arthur so Carrie can "appreciate" him often. See more
