Drakken plans to conquer Canada by using a weather machine to unleash an ice storm; Kim has to spend Career Week working with the new school janitor.

Drakken and Shego steal a weather machine, planning to unleash an ice storm on Canada to conquer the country. Meanwhile, Kim and her classmates spend Career Week working with mentors. Ron's mentor is a secret agent, and Bonnie's mentor is Mrs. Dr. Possible, but Kim is stuck working with Joe, the new janitor at school. Kim is embarrassed to be perceived as having chosen the janitorial arts as her career, but she eventually finds Joe's training surprisingly useful.—Joshua Kreitzer

Kim and Ron try stopping Drakken and Sheigo stealing a weather machine to take over canada. When Kim and Ron go to stop them, Ron tries using his 'secret agent' skills to stop Sheigo but it's no use and he instead immobilizes himself and kim. Sheigo ties up Kim and Ron to a pole and tapes both their mouths shut and flies away with Drakken.
