Storyline

Spike and Jet's new bounty is a man named Abdul Hakim, who is wanted for stealing a briefcase with a lab subject in it. He won't be easy to spot, especially when he attempts to hide his identity. When a thief steals Hakim's briefcase, he discovers it's a Welsh Corgi dog that's only worth a pocket full of Woolongs. The thief tries to sell the dog to a pet shop, but can't get a good bargain on the K-9. Now Spike must find Hakim and the dog, but the question remains: what is special about this Welsh Corgi?
