Webb, a friend at the CIA, makes an urgent call to Harm at home one night, then Webb's cellphone dies before Harm answers. The next morning the admiral announces that Webb's body and two others were found after an explosion aboard a ship the evening before. Harm learns that Palmer is not in the penitentiary at Fort Leavenworth. It appears that there was a connection between one of the other victims and the Bradenhurst Corporation, involved previously with Palmer. Suddenly another CIA agent dies. While Harm visits Webb's mother, she receives a call from Lt. Abby Cowen; Harm seeks and finds "her", then the two of them deal with Palmer. Meanwhile Bud receives a good grade report. Did You Know?

The admiral says that Webb died in an explosion aboard a Japanese freighter "in the Baltimore shipyards". A shipyard is an industrial facility for building or repairing ships, not loading or unloading them. The ship is not at a shipyard (not in Baltimore and not anywhere else); instead it's moored alongside a pier on the waterfront in Baltimore. See more »

Maj. Sarah 'Mac' MacKenzie: [Mac can't sleep /staying in Harm's apartment] Would you mind if I stripped it down?
Lt. Cmdr. Harmon 'Harm' Rabb, Jr.: [turns around puzzled] What did you say?
Maj. Sarah 'Mac' MacKenzie: Would you mind if I stripped your pistol down? It'd give me something to do.
