Harm saves Skates (again).

Standard Belisarius polemic against military unpreparedness (the carrier put to sea, 12% below established ship's company. Short-handed crew and shortage of supplies will have a consequence - the lynchpin of Harm's defence/mitigation strategy as he defends "Skates", who was the LSO at the time of a ramp strike.

Elizabeth "Skates" Hawkes (Harm's former RIO) is driven to the point of resigning by the court case which arises because Jonas "Boomer" Dalton has a "wobble" during landing - resulting in the loss of a Tomcat.

The usual tropes are deployed, including a passionate plea in defence from Harm.

Skates lives to land planes another day.

This episode demonstrates why catherine bell is not suitable as marine officer yet alone a jag officer and corbin bernsen as a navy captain and judge is totally off the wall ... there is nothing watertight with this case
