A summit meeting intended for world leaders gets infested with "invaders" making trouble.
I am pleased to say that Summit Meeting is outstanding from beginning to end. Season one also had a story about the military that resembles this one, but this hour has such quality guest stars (including Michael Rennie) you just can't complain.
Two-part episodes of The Man From UNCLE (1963) were re-edited into feature films and Irwin Allen was thinking about doing the same to his 1960s shows. Too bad Summit Meeting was never turned into a feature as well as it looks like motion picture television all the way.
