Richard Loo and James Hong
12 November 2016 | by See all my reviews

"Jeannie and the Kidnap Caper" opens with Captain Nelson ready to begin top secret mission Operation Gamma, only to be kidnapped by Red Chinese spies Wong (Richard Loo) and Chan (James Hong) eager to learn his secrets. Unfortunately, Jeannie is unable to help him because she made a vow not to grant her master's next wish. Jeannie keeps Roger informed about everything that happens to Tony, while he relays what he learns to an incredulous Dr. Bellows. The only solution is for Jeannie to find a new master, with Roger a willing candidate. General Peterson is relieved to be told that the Red Chinese plot is only a show that Tony is devising for NASA!
