Storyline

Divorced Henry Errington (65) is brought in by his daughter after collapsing during a church bridge and cheese evening. House diagnoses a STD and more. In the end Henry 'only' needs a heart transplant, but at his age a 'good' heart is never awarded 'ethically'. So House finds another his way, then needs to make it fit posthumously. Meanwhile 'cow-obsessed' student Tony chose the wrong doctor's sore leg to pull, with a remarkable hidden agenda.

House inserts the laryngoscope with blade into the patient's mouth with his right hand. The laryngoscope is strictly a left-handed tool because of the placement of the light on it. This allows visualization of the vocal cords so the endotracheal tube can pass through.

Doctors act like children or at best teenagers in between trial and error diagnoses of the dumbest patients ever and the hospital administrator is dumb as a box of rocks ...sure formula for death
