    • Trivia
At one point Dr. Chase says America can't even compete in basketball anymore, referencing the 2004 Olympics where USA went 5-3 and won the bronze medal. In those same Olympics, Australia went 1-5, lost to USA, and missed the knockout stage.
    • Goofs
House says that the woman with the tumor and her husband cannot have blue eyed children for they both have brown eyes, so revealing her unfaithfulness. Actually blue eyes are a recessive trait, brown eyed people can have blue eyed children.

Blue-eyed parents can also have a brown-eyed child in rare circumstances where one parent has a broken HERC2 gene and the other has a broken OCA2 gene.
    • Quotes

Dr. Eric Foreman: 10-year-olds do not have heart attacks. It's got to be a mistake.

Dr. Gregory House: Right. The simplest explanation is she's a 40-year-old lying about her age. Maybe an actress trying to hang on.

    PROVOCATIVE FOR NOT-SO-OBVIOUS REASONS

This one gave a strong showing for sure - the mystery case of the week was compelling, with a patient we were invested in; while the office politics of the new Chairman and House's entire Department also did not disappoint!

More to unpack with the team responding to Vogler's manipulations, than with the actual medical portion of the show...LOL Good stuff, man.
