    Ramped Up Episode
We get to see a very young Forest Whittaker as a psychotic youth, just out of juvie, swearing revenge on people who testified against him. He is watched constantly in hopes he will do something to get put back in. LaRue gets his hands on some cheap airline tickets to Vegas where Belker is headed to pick up a suspect. J. D. Has hoped to profit by selling them to his cohorts. Bobby pays the piper for his tax shenanigans. The most moving story is a boy, Fabian, who lives with his sister. There is no mother present. HIs other sister is dead. He develops a relationship with Lucy Bates who looks out for him. Their connection is realistic and very touching.
