When Borelle (Ossie Davis) and Ann Whitmore (Lynne Ellen Hollinger) confront Andrew Shibata (John Fujioka) in his office, Shibata is told to call his wife to confirm that she is under Borelle's control. As Shibata finishes the call, the phone on his desk is facing away from him and Whitmore is leaning on the desk with her left hand. Then the shot changes, and the telephone is suddenly facing toward him and Whitmore is leaning on the base of a jade figurine using her right hand.
When Danny is monitoring the tumbler sounds in the Five-o lab, the radio monitor is a Radio Shack Weatheradio Mini. Normally all that can heard on this would be weather reports. An attempt was made to conceal this by rubbing of the silver color on the lettering, but it can still be seen.
When the briefcase with the embezzled money is first seen, it contains real money. But when the final arrest is made and the briefcase opened the money is fake play money.
At the very end when Danny radios McGarrett, Danny holds down the button for his first communication. The next 2 communications he does not hold down the radio button.
