At the hospital, Rory says she is busy xeroxing documents because Sherry has promised to fax them to clients and she "didn't bring enough". However, when you fax something you retain the original document, so even if she's faxing to several clients, she would only need one set of documents. No xeroxing would be necessary. See more »

Madeline Lynn: I called last night and asked her to talk me through the Korean War, and she said she was busy.
Louise Grant: Oh she's definitely got a boyfriend.
Madeline Lynn: I know.
Louise Grant: Well I for one think it's about time.
Madeline Lynn: I agree.
Louise Grant: It wasn't healthy, all that non-dating.
Madeline Lynn: Definitely didn't help that whole skin thing she was going through.
Louise Grant: How come she didn't tell us?
Madeline Lynn: I think she just wanted to make sure it was going to take.
Louise Grant: So, tell us, what's this Jamie like?

Girls Girls:Dear Emily and Richard
30 January 2006 | by mrssweetsSee all my reviews

This episode has been by far one of the best during this third season. It was quite interesting to see the flashbacks to Lorelai's teenage years and to also see a younger version of Christopher. Since we have not really seen him much throughout the seasons of Gilmore Girls. Also Rorys reaction to being left alone in the hospital with her dads pregnant fiancée is hilarious. Lorelai also handled the Christopher/Sherry situation very well in this episode. It also showed how well she is coping with the realisation that Christopher has his own family ,and can no longer be there for her and Rory in a family retrospect. This episode was also interesting because we got to see Lorelai as she was before Rory was born, which was cool.
