    One of the best.

If U need laughs, U are on the right place. Ross is just simple funniest guy ever saw in some sitcom. And most talented actor in this series.

On of my favourite sitcom episodes involving jellyfish.

The jellyfish subplot is the worst part

There are some funny parts in this one. The subplot involving Ross and Rachel has the best moments and the phrase "We were on a break!" always makes me laugh. Chandler steals the show with his one liner at the end, which was absolutely the best part for me.

Unfortunately, the whole jellyfish subplot is absolutely terrible. It is a failed attempt to make something out of nothing. And because they had nothing, they had to go to ridiculous lengths with the actors overacting and the characters overreacting. The end result is a gigantic cringe fest with absolutely nothing even remotely funny. Overall a passable episode, but with some really bad parts.

    • Trivia
Although this episode follows the previous episode within the same weekend Matthew Perry has a different hair cut due to the summer hiatus between both episodes.
    • Goofs
Chandler says he can sometimes hear Joey screaming at him late at night like he did at the beach. Joey says that he just does that to freak Chandler out. However, Phoebe, Ross, and Rachel are all in the same clothes as they were at the beach indicating that it is still the same day. Therefore, Joey would not have been able to do the shouting late at night as they have not slept yet and certainly could not have been a few times as was implied.

Joey: Monica got stung by a jellyfish.

Monica: Alright, alright. I got stung. I got stung bad. I couldn't stand. I couldn't walk.

Chandler: We were two miles from the house. We were scared and alone. We didn't think we could make it.

Monica: I was in too much pain.

Joey: And I was tired from digging a huge hole!

Chandler: And then Joey remembered something...

Joey: I'd seen this thing on the Discovery Channel.

Ross: Wait a minute, I saw that, on the Discovery Channel. About jellyfish, and how if you... Eww! You peed on yourself?

      Phoebe, Rachel: Eww!

Monica: You can't say that! You don't know! I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. Anyway, I tried, but I couldn't bend that way. So...

      Phoebe, Ross, Rachel: Eww!

Joey: Yeah that's right. I stepped up! She's my friend and she needed help. And if I have to I'd pee on any one of you. Only, I couldn't... I got the stage fright. I wanted to help, but there was just too much pressure. So, so I turned to Chandler.

Chandler: [moan] Joey kept screaming at me. Do it now, do it, do it, do it, do it now! Sometimes late at night I can still hear the screaming.

Joey: That's cause sometimes I scream it through my wall just to freak you out.

Rachel: Maybe there's someone you can talk to.

Monica: Yeah like who? There's no group for people like us.
