In the previous episode, S5E14 The One Where Everybody Finds Out (1999), when Ross goes to visit ugly naked guy's apartment, the apartment number on the door was 201. In this episode, Ross moves into the apartment and now the apartment number changes to 3B. In subsequent episodes, the apartment is unnumbered.

When Ross eats Howard's cake, the amount of frosting on his lips changes between shots.

This episode starts as a continuation of the previous episode in which everyone finds out Monica & Chandler are dating. When everyone congregates inside Monica & Rachel's apartment after Ross finds out, they are all wearing different outfits, with the exception of Ross, even though this scene takes place minutes after the last scene from the previous episode.

When Chandler and Rachel discuss whether Chandler is ready to have kids, the plastic cutlery on the salad bowl on the side-table disappears and reappears between shots.

Ross' apartment is in the middle of the hallway. When Ross goes across the hall to check out the party for Howard the handyman, the camera cuts back to Ross several times with the apartment doorway behind him. The first time you can see all the way back through the open door and into Ross' apartment, but every time after that, a corner of a wall has been placed in the doorway that would make it look like this apartment is located at the end of the hallway.

After Ross and Phoebe get kicked out of the neighbor's party, Phoebe is seen eating a bag of chips that should say Cheez-It, but instead says Heez-I.
