Goofs

When Wash is shooting at Rance's men on board the Serenity, he is shown using a large caliber revolver. The chamber never revolves when he fires. And while he fires much faster than should be possible for a revolver of that caliber, they can be loaded with less powerful rounds, a .38 loaded in a .357 for example. See more »

Quotes

Mal: Math just don't add up. Our weapon store aren't exactly overpowerin' at the moment, and I don't much like what we'd be up against. Nothing worse than a monster who thinks he's right with God. We might turn Burgess away once, but he'll keep comin' - won't stop 'till he gets what he thinks is his. So we run.

"Heart of Gold" is an episode of "Firefly" full of action and feelings. Inara shows her feelings for Mal but does not disclose to him. My vote is eight.
