While Christmas shopping, Urkel breaks an expensive crystal ornament Laura just bought. Laura becomes really angry and tells the nerd to go away. As she fumes aloud her frustrations over Urkel and wishing he could see what it's like to be her, a man identifying himself as Laura's guardian angel decides to grant her wish.
