Based upon the inconsistent appearances of Roselyn Sanchez (shows #2, 6, and 9) in season 2, this was likely the true series finale. She was introduced as joining the RHD in #2 Dragnet: Coyote (2003), and it's implausible she would only appear in a piecemeal fashion once joining the unit. See more »

Goofs

Friday's narration at the beginning says he and his "partners" (actually subordinates since he was a lieutenant) were on their day off. The LAPD would not call in off-duty personnel unless it was a very high-profile or manpower-intensive case. The homicide shown initially was neither. See more »
