Greg's ex, Stephanie, wants a letter of recommendation for her son, Jeremy, to get into the exclusive prep school where Greg went. When she brings the kid along Greg and Jeremy get on so well, being obviously alike. This leads Dharma into believing that Greg must be his biological father. Meanwhile a remark by Edward gets Kitty obsessed with Larry.—KGF Vissers

Kitty tells Greg that her ex-girlfriend Stephanie (Karen Lorre) called looking for him. Dharma encourages Greg to be friends with her and says this is a booty call. Dharma says that it is highly likely that Stephanie is going through a breakup, went through her address book and came up on Greg's number. Kitty never liked Stephanie as she was always very opinionated and dressed like a night woman.

Dharma dials Stephanie's number and Stephanie asks Greg for his help in getting her son Jeremy (D.J. Carlisle) into Greg's old prep school. Stephanie is in a hurry and wants Greg to sign the forms asap and offers to bring them by his apartment the very next day. Greg is upset since he had never had a booty call. Dharma goes into the other room to make a booty call to Greg, but his mother calls instead and Greg talks dirty to her, believing that it is Dharma calling for the said booty call.

When Dharma sets eyes on the boy, she becomes convinced that he is Greg's child. They have the exact same mannerisms, and he was conceived right around the time when Greg last met Stephanie. He has the same allergies and hobbies like stamp collection. Jeremy is very organized and doesn't let Stephanie touch any of his things. Both like vanilla ice cream. Greg and Stephanie broke up as Stephanie really wanted to have kids and he wasn't ready.

Dharma gently breaks the news to Greg and warms him up to the possibility that Jeremy might be Greg's son. She even shows Greg a picture of himself and how he looked in 2nd grade. Greg was a splitting image of Jeremy. Dharma says that Stephanie did not say anything as it is very hard to talk about these things. Dharma says that Stephanie is introducing Jeremy to Greg gently and will break the news to him in her own time.

Dharma is very supportive, and Greg slowly warms up to this idea of having a son. Greg still says that there is a possibility that Stephanie hooked up with someone who looked just like him, after they broke up 8 years ago.

Dharma is appalled by the choice of school, since it sounds no fun at all. The boys have to wear a uniform like they are in a miniature army. Gym sounds like boys fighting each other for sport. And the mess hall looks like prison. Greg is convinced about changing schools and talks to Stephanie who is angry since she only asked Greg for a recommendation letter. Dharma and Greg speak to Stephanie together and say they want a bigger say in Jeremy's life. It turns out he is not Greg's son. Jeremy's father and Stephanie's ex-hubby walks in.

Larry burnt down Kitty's gazebo in her back lawn and Larry decides to build her a new one. Kitty is fascinated with Larry's penis size and keeps peeping out of the window, especially when Larry goes for a swim in Edward's pool.

When Abby learns of this, she comes by and teaches her manners by confronting her and offering to show Larry's penis to her.
