Outraged by this tax, and feeling it amounts to taxation without representation, miners in the small town of Rough and Ready, led by a prominent businessman named Bundage, decide to secede from the union and create the Republic of Rough and Ready.

Goofs
When Jenny is packing, a chest of drawers with only a bottom drawer can be seen. It cannot be a "hope chest" because it is too tall to easily retrieve items, plus there are knick-knacks on top.

R. g. armstrong always plays the bully ... i'm bigger better and smarter than you and don't you forget it ... loss of law and order leading to discontent among the citizens while armstrong swagers and bluffs his way to misjudgement ... jason evers rallys against the self proclaimed government and its leaders ...
