    Joey's Hidden Fear

Eddie plans to run away to Mexico with his friend and neighbor Joey Kelly (Jodie Foster, "Silence of the Lambs"). They argue until Eddie promises to not tell his father. By coincidence, Joey's father Joe (David Ketchum, "Get Smart", "Camp Runamuck") is repairing Tom's TV set at the office. They finally recognize one another after their children fought a year ago (the great season one episode "Bully For You"). Joe says he just became engaged to a woman named Sherry. Unknown to him that is the reason Joey plans to run away. Mrs. Livingston notices some things missing from the pantry, as Eddie and Joey discreetly begin stocking up supplies. Tom begins suspecting the two are going to run away and the two fathers overhear their plans. Tom sees Joey is the one actually wanting to run away and correctly diagnoses why to Joe. Joey is afraid Sherry will take her mother's place and make everyone forget about her. The men try to figure the best course of action with Tom giving a heart-to-heart about an ideal family.
