First half of season 5 was mostly a re-reading of old seasons storylines, fitting the current charmed ones lives. Episodes 8 to 11, were decent fillers with one bringing back old characters and the episode's musical guest, that's been missing lately. The Cole/Phoebe love story was character's assassination to both parties involved. It turned Phoebe into the biggest phony, when she was all high and mighty, after bringing a demon into her family's lives. Turned out to be exactly how her siblings said it would. And she became a famous advice columnist, when she couldn't even listen her own sister's... Centennial Charmed was good at putting an end to this madness, bringing back the seer and futur big vilain, the Avatars. As well as having Michelle Branch performing at P3. Putting Cold out of his misery, was a blessing for both the character, and the viewers. House Call, is the show back to its older format. I was getting sick of the Alyssa Milano show, so it was a nice way to have the storyline focusing on the sisters again, and how they react to the « spell of the moment ». It is funny, entertaining and can be interpreted in different degrees. Which the show stopped doing since the beginning of season 5. It's the first genuinely good episode this season.
