- Leo must first reassure his pregnant wife Piper, then rescue Phoebe, who has remained a mermaid subject to the call of the sea after Mylie's delivery, weakened enough to be caught by fishermen and gets tracked by the skeleton demon Necron, who is tired of waiting for the immortality the Sea Hag promised him, and next goes after Piper as leverage. Cole is still determined to prove he is good, this time by helping social worker Paige, even against her will, but that changes everything—KGF Vissers
- Piper, Paige, and Leo struggle to convince Phoebe, now a mermaid, to come back to her life as a Charmed One, when she decides to swim away from her problems with Cole. Meanwhile, Piper casts a spell to stop her panic attacks but instead of facing her fear, she suppresses it, endangering herself and her baby, when a sea demon comes after Phoebe. In order to help Phoebe, Paige takes drastic measures and enlists the help of Cole. Later, Phoebe tells Cole that it is over between them and signs the divorce papers.
- The Charmed Ones are drawn to an innocent mermaid who must elicit a proclamation of love from her mortal boyfriend or lose her immortality to a water demon known as the Sea Hag. Determined to save the mermaid, the Charmed Ones cast a spell, unfortunately morphing Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) into a mermaid. Confused and surprised by Coles (Julian McMahon) unexpected return from the underworld, Phoebe finds a new sense of independence in the sea and refuses to return to land.
