When the Captain and Hawk answer a distress call, they are captured by General Briggs and his troops. The General has been driven over the edge and is still waiting for new orders from the President.
Power and Hawk respond to a distress signal. They go to the source and discover a group of soldiers who are under the command of a general that's gone mad. When their suits run out of power they are captured. The General believing they are associated with Dread decides to execute them.
