When a jury is in the middle of deliberations, one of the jurors is found dead inside the jury room. The team investigates and discovers that the dead juror was the hold out, so could one of the other jurors killed the man. And Nick decides to reopen a case he and Grissom worked on four years ago--a missing person case, which Grissom deemed closed when no other evidence could be found. It seems the victim's sister thinks that her sister's husband may have had something to do with what happened to her sister.
