Caltrans's ill-fated attempt to carry the boulder away with a helicopter is doomed from the start. First, the wrong type of helicopter is used. Caltrans tries to use a Huey to lift the boulder, yet Hueys were not designed for heavy-lifting operations. There are double-rotor military helicopters designed to carry heavy loads, but even one of these helicopters wouldn't have been able to lift this boulder, which probably weigh hundreds of tons. When the kid is spray painting the name on the boulder, the name CHERYL alternates from being missing the L, to part of the L being complete, and then the entire name being present- even though he had dropped the spray can down the cliff prior to finishing it. See more »
