At the end when Ponch and Jon fly their micro planes to rescue Bonnie, when Jon lands he takes his helmet off. When camera cuts back to him getting out of it he's taking it off again.
When Sgt. Getraer is talking to his wife, he says he has to go so as to keep the lines clear in case the kidnappers call. In reality, all CHP offices have multiple lines, so if the kidnappers had called while Getraer was still talking to Betty, the incoming call would have been automatically routed to an open line.
After a few days of being held captive, Bonnie's hair and makeup look as fresh as if she had just gotten ready for a date.
Bonnie makes multiple mistakes when she first approaches the biker gang. First, she has just pursued a biker who has refused to stop, so she should be more wary of the group he belongs to. Instead of approaching the gang as she does, she should have brought along her shotgun or at least had her sidearm unholstered. We do not actually see her being kidnapped, but deadly force would have been authorized if at any time she felt threatened.
It is never explained why Bonnie doesn't try to overpower, injure, or kill her captors while she is being held hostage. She has access to a hot stove, knives, and all kinds of motorcycle parts.
