Storyline

A robot is visiting the CHP to show that it could be helpful to their work and so far it does, but for some reason every time it goes near something electrical, it shorts out. Ponch is dealing with a couple of girls who go around on bikes and pursue anyone who is speeding. He suspects that one of them has a personal reason for what she is doing. In the drunk driver on the freeway call, Poncherello and Nelson have a blue Mazda RX-7 with custom wheels stopped. In the following scene, the angels pass this same car, indicating it was used for both shots even though they were supposed to be miles apart. Additionally, there is no traffic on the opposite side of the freeway, indicating this was a closed down section used for filming. See more »
