Trivia

Valerie (Davey Davison) states there was $40,000.00 taken from the safe during the robbery. That would be the equivalent of approximately $800,000.00 in the year 2021. See more »

Goofs

Late in the show, Valerie Townsend shoots her boyfriend Billy in the back. Billy's brother, Doug, then shoots Valerie twice. After falling to the ground, the gun she used is right next to her right hand (twice shown). In the next clip of her (still on the ground), the gun is nowhere to be seen. And, no, no one has approached her yet and removed the gun themselves. BTW, Valerie had just been given the gun by her boyfriend Billy to "cover him" as he mounted his horse. Being shot in the back first, he didn't get that far. See more »

Marked witnesses
13 March 2021 | by bkoganbingSee all my reviews

This episode has Dan Blocker, Michael Landon, David Canary, and Davey Davison all witnesses to a brutal killing by Michael Blodgett during the course of a robbery. Blodgett is arrested and awaiting trial. But his outlaw brother has vowed to free the brother and/or kill those who testify against him.

This is one violent episode with the gang making several attempts on the three guys. Davison is getting real hinky in terms of her testimony.

Blodgett's a coldblooded killer and Davison is a 19th century version of a valley girl. It a;; gels quite nicely through in a good episode.
