Ambassador from Alderaan
13 October 2020 | by A_Kind_Of_CineMagicSee all my reviews

With the title of the episode and early mention of Alderaan it is not a huge surprise that the Princess turns out to be Leia. It is nice to see her and fun to have her interact with the crew from Rebels.

The story is enjoyable with some nice action and dialogue. We see Ezra suffering after discovering his parents were killed and it is good that this is used well as emotional depth rather than being quickly forgotten.

There are a couple of dodgy moments in the action like Kanan slicing legs off Imperial walkers as easily as if they are branches on a tree which is very silly and another walker getting knocked over by the jet from an engine which is also a bit odd.

The rest is pretty good.

My rating: 7.5/10.
