David's drug addiction story isn't realistic. I guess this is how they portrayed addictions back in the days. That after doing it once one is already hooked. But besides that the story with his little sister disappearing was good. I liked his performance and also how supportive Kelly was to him at the end.

I love Dylan with his little sister. It is a pretty cute story. I didn't expect her to get her period, she seemed too young but it made it more surprising. Noley Thornton was a pretty good child actress, this usually doesn't happen that often. Too bad she didn't follow this career later in life. I do have a feeling though that Dylan will be used by her mother.

And Andrea is pregnant! Wow, I don't know how it will go now. It is sad considering how smart she is and how much potential she has. I doubt though that they will show her have an abortion so more likely she is in trouble.

The 'college' seasons were generally awful since the actors obviously could not then draw on their own personal years for reference how to convincingly play a character's experiences, but Perry obviously can work with kids as was evidenced by this episode where he taught Erica how to swim and was trying to figure out how to take care of his younger sister.I wish that Dylan had received custody of Erica because the surrogate parent storyline looked like Perry was having fun working on this show once again after many previous episodes of going through the motions. A plot change could have credibly extended the series a couple of seasons--at least. I did not buy Steve becoming the parent on the show anyways!
