Goofs

It has been stated that the weapons used by the humans on Babylon 5, PPGs, are designed to cause harm to living things, but not cause damage to bulkheads, something that would be highly desirable on a space station. When Garibaldi is being chased by bad guys they escape into a ventilation shaft, but the bad guys shoot at them with PPGs. The energy pellets have no problem penetrating into the shaft, nearly hitting Garibaldi and the people he is protecting. This should not be possible. If the PPGs can punch holes into the shaft they could just as easily punch holes in the hull of a ship or space station. See more »

Quotes

[first lines]
ISN Reporter: As reports continue to come in about the harsh conditions aboard what was once the shining beacon of Earthforce, Babylon 5, messages smuggled out indicate that humans continue to be subjected to cruel oppression by alien groups aboard the renegade outpost. And every day more people are asking, "When will Earth intervene? How much lomger can we allow our citizens to endure this mistreatment?"
Cmdr. Susan Ivanova: Why do you keep watching that? You know it just upsets you.
Capt. John Sheridan: I'm gathering intelligence.

Pretty much part II of the last episode
25 January 2007 | by MartinHaferSee all my reviews

This episode is pretty much a continuation of the last episode--as Franklin and Marcus are still on their mission to create an alliance between B-5 and the Martian Resistance. Generally, this worked pretty well, but the clichéd female resistance leader was a tad annoying--she seemed angry all the time because she was playing more a caricature than a character.

The other plot involves creating an alternative to the evil propaganda of ISN. Since Ivanova did a good job in making broadcasts within the station, Sheridan asks her to do the same but figure out a way to send these broadcasts past the jamming technology installed by Earth.

Not one of the very best episodes, but a decent one nevertheless.
