Trama

Brisco, Bowler, and Whip track Socrates Poole to a strange little town after he is kidnapped on his birthday. Meanwhile, it appears that Socrates is being held by a man who he helped convict of murder, a man that he saw hang ten years ago.

When Socrates is kidnapped on his birthday, Brisco, Bowler, and Whip track his trail to the odd town of Midnightville where the town sheriff is in a full body cast and the deputy, Bad Luck Betty, is a superstitious and jinxed woman. One by one, residents of Midnightville are abducted and tried before a mock court where Socrates is forced to defend them and sentenced to death.
