Did You Know?

Although screened as #1.19, in the scene where Malloy is being reprimanded by Sgt. MacDonald, Reed attempts to offer his opinion on Malloy's actions, and is told by MacDonald "Reed, you've been on the job for three weeks - you don't HAVE an opinion". This would indicate that it was shot earlier, and screened out of sequence. See more »

At the beginning of the episode, Malloy and Reed are shown in their usual squad car, 80817, with Officer Brinkman and his partner as Adam-11 in squad car 80789, an earlier model Plymouth than 80817. Later in the episode, Malloy and Reed arrive at a call in 80789, and are back in 80817 for the rest of the episode.

At the building with the jumper on the ledge, 80789 is shown arriving as back-up, with a different crew again, this time referred to as "27". See more »

Officer Jim Reed: Those guys are always coming up with hot cars, aren't they.
Officer Pete Malloy: No big secret, Sanchez memorizes the hot sheet. Guy's got a photographic brain. Same as me.
Officer Jim Reed: It's a real gift, isn't it.
Officer Pete Malloy: If you don't forget to load the camera.
