Jet Li stated in multiple interviews that he was not happy with this film nor its production. He went as far to say that this movie "sucked" and he had no confidence in director Philip G. Atwell. Even halfway into filming, he knew that it would receive mediocre ratings and not make profit.

Depleted uranium literally makes less sense as ammunition for an assassin to carry and use in his personal weapon. It is a very dense, very heavy metal, and the only military application for its use in ammunition is for armor-piercing purposes in 20mm-30mm caliber cannon shells. It would be too heavy for a standard handgun's powder load, making it under-powered and have a shorter range and less stopping power; but increasing the powder load to compensate for the weight would make the weapon kick more and therefore be less accurate. Depleted uranium is not radioactive, it is depleted. Using it could, however, result in some airborne uranium on impact and this is extremely toxic. While uranium bullets are unusual, for practical reasons, this is as much fictional nonsense as it is possible in the real world.
