- A man has part of his skull sawn open. He the has a serum injected in his brain which makes him go berserk and he starts hacking at corpses.
- A man is stabbed in the head and a woman has her eyeball plucked out.
- Vultures start picking apart a cadaver.
- A vulture sprays acid on the face of a man. We later see the man with his disolved face as he smashes a kid to death.
- A mutilated body is run over, but the body tries to attack a group of people so they smash his head with a stone. Vultures decapitate another man.
- A woman gets picked through the mouth by a vulture.
- A woman is drilled in the head.
- A mutant is repeatedly impaled (including through the butt)
- A midget mutant is repeatedly hacked at with a cleaver.
- A mutant man is decapitated and then has his decapitated head chopped in half horizontally.
