While on location in Chicago, The Dark Knight (2008) was the neighboring film production, in which Morgan Freeman worked while shooting this film. On one occasion, Mark Millar, the creator, snuck onto the neighboring set, to see the Batpod, which was used for filming. He was evicted from the set, when security and Producer Lauren Shuler Donner (who visited the set as well) caught him in the act. See more »
When Wesley types in his name in the search engine, www.google.com, he enters it without quotations, and gets no results. However, in order to get no results for a name, you would have to put the name in quotations, like "Wesley Gibson" - assuming there is someone by that name. If you only enter the name without quotations, like in the film, the search query will yield any results for Wesley, and any results for Gibson, (Wesley + Gibson as opposed to "Wesley Gibson") making it factually impossible for a search engine to yield zero results. It's my anorexic boss' birthday. This means there's a certain amount of inter-office pressure to stand around the conference table, eating crappy food and pretending to worship her. Acting for five minutes like Janice doesn't make all our lives miserable is the hardest work I'll do all day. My job title is account manager. I used to be called an account service representative, but a consultant told us we have to manage our clients, and to not service them. I have a ...

There are no opening credits. The title appears as a headline on a newspaper well into the movie. See more »
The Australian theatrical version cut a 10 second sequence where Wesley jams a gun through a dead man's mouth and uses his body as a shield while he shoots down other gunmen. This version was rated MA15+. Oddly enough, when the DVD came out, it had a sticker on the cover touting the film as "Uncut". While this was true -- and the violence in the gunfight had been re-instated -- the DVD carried the same MA15+ rating. See more »
As action movies go, they don't get much better then this.
The action scenes were amazing... I was sitting on the edge of my seat on more than one sequence. Of course some of it's a bit far fetched but come on... Aren't MOST action movies? James MacAvoy did an amazing job playing the average joe who is suddenly told he has the ability in him to be a "wolf among the sheep" I enjoyed his American accent. Angelina was great. She does very well in roles like this and even though she doesn't have too many lines she pulls off her character who TRULY believes in what she does very well. Plus, she's hot. I mean, I'm a woman who doesn't particularly even like tattoos and I have a crush on her.. ;-) In all I highly recommend this movie. Great summer entertainment!
