Probably the only film in history to have its cast credits at half length of the movie.

    French New Wave unidentified object
That's the first film made by a guy who, later, only directed erotics stuff. The acting ans story telling is of course typical of the "Nouvelle Vague", highly influenced by Jean-Luc Goddard. It is also a sort of political talk about the OAS bomb killings that occurred in France during the early sixties. You have here a pretty good jazzy soundtrack on most the length of the feature. Acting is dumb, as most of the Nouvelle Vague ones. Good Paris settings, for those who appreciate it. Nowithstanding it is a short movie, you have many lengths because you never know where the story drives at, as most Nouvelle Vague films usually did. This is also unusual to see the cast credits - opening credits - after the first half of the film. The story itself is surprising. A loser, who has not goal in his life, but only a job of electric billiard - typical French game that you can find in French cafés - repair man, decides to react in response of the bomb killings that spread in Paris by putting a bomb in one of the billiards which he is in charge of. A gem for French movies diggers. Not bad.
