A short short
19 December 2005 | by dapeetingzooSee all my reviews

This was an interesting short film about a train ride. Well handled and a pretty good sense of storytelling in my humble opinion. In the class I saw it in (here in NY) it was an example of story telling in a short amount of time. What was unclear was back story. Maybe the film maker wanted us to wonder who, what, why but due to the vagueness we were left missing key elements to what was going on, constantly looking backwards. The quality of this film was not as good as some of the others in the demonstration. My bet is that it could go on to show at some film festivals but not take home any grand prizes. As I said, this film was well received, but not a crowd favorite.
