In the second half of the movie, when Elise realizes she is still in love with Stefano, Nemo hugs her and she says she has to leave, otherwise everyone will drown with her. Nemo responds that they will learn to swim. This is almost exact quotation of Sarah Polley's (Elise) dialogue at the end of the Secret life of words.
Doctor Who: Blink (2007) (TV Episode)
timeline is wibbly wobbly timey wimey and Nemo using transcript to communicate younger Nemo via ordinary video is similar to Doctor Who's episode named Blink.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008)
Nemo Nobody sits in hospital telling the story of his past, even mentioning that his life starts at the end and finishes at the beginning.
