In the end of part 1 after #4 was raped, Tom shoots the rapist's thumbs off. First, he aims at the rapist's right hand, and the hand shown with an exploding thumb is a left hand. Then when Tom aims at the man's left hand, the exploding thumb is on a right hand.
Towards the end of the movie, when Ed "Big Ears" Bywater is threatening to nail Prent's "credentials" to the log, the horse shoe nail in his mouth disappears and reappears depending on the camera angle.
After the final gun fight when they are standing in the barn, Print has his left arm around two of the girls and Nola is standing to their right. When the camera angle changes, Nola is now standing between the girls with her arms around them.
During the last fight, when Print head butts Big Ears Bywater, Big Ears hat flies off of his head, when the camera angle changes it is back on his head.
When Nola is doing laundry and telling Print about here past, he smokes a couple of cigarettes. Later when they sit together by the river at night, and Print lights a cigarette, she says she didn't know that he smoked.
Tom's rifle doesn't have a front sight.
A camera is visible when Big Ears gets on a horse to go and visit Dink Yeatman.
