A young couple are visiting Paris for the first time. She, however, has a tic, which all the boulevardiers interpret as the come-on. As a result, she has a large number of well-dressed men following her around.

While the protagonist's early-onset Bell's Palsy and its effects may be amusing, this movie is not well-constructed. The structure is of increasing numbers of gentlemen -- and dogs of course, can't have a chase sequence without dogs getting into the act -- and then the end is announced and the pair leave Paris. There's no capper joke. Neither is there any comic utility made of the frustration of the central pair -- although in this era, screen comedy and frustration did not go together.

Speaking of frustration, the IMDB shows this as an early directorial credit for Romeo Bosetti, while the YouTube site I found it on, quoting, I believe, the Gaumont disk, says it was directed by Etienne Arnaud.
