Hughie Mack, Eddie Dunn and Frank Kingsley steal out for a night on the town away from their wives. When the ladies find out and call in a lady detective to vamp grounds for divorce out of their husbands, the game is on.

This short, from when Larry Semon had taken over Vitagraph's comedy division but had not begun to star, is pretty much a standard plot for comedy; so how is the execution? It's pretty good. The actors are all skilled and if I have any problems with this one, it's because I've seen the same gags executed by Semon a dozen times or more over the following dozen years. Still, for 1916 they're fine and still competent.
