Satan Hates You (2010)
Trailer for SATAN HATES YOU.

Inspired by films from the golden age of Christian cinema, SATAN HATES YOU is a graphic horror film that tells the stories of two individuals and their personal struggles with Lucifer himself.

We follow Marc (Don Wood) a homicidal maniac driven by demons buried deep within his soul, and Wendy (Christine Spencer) Marc's polar opposite who lives life fast and hard without a second's thought to the consequences. Their separate paths will eventually cross, but will it be on the road to salvation or the highway to hell?

SATAN HATES YOU boasts a supporting cast of well-known genre stars including Angus Scrimm (PHANTASM, TV's ALIAS), Reggie Bannister (PHANTASM, BUBBA HO-TEP), Michael Berryman (ONE FLEW OVER THE CUKOO'S NEST, THE HILLS HAVE EYES), Debbie Rochon (TROMEO AND JULIET, TERROR FIRMER) and Larry Fessenden (HABIT, THE BRAVE ONE) with appearances by Pauley Perrette (TV's NCIS, ALMOST FAMOUS), John Levene (TV's DOCTOR WHO) and author Max Brooks (WORLD WAR Z, THE ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GUIDE).

SATAN HATES YOU is intended for adults and mature teens. Although this film contains no profane language, nudity or graphic sex, there are depictions of graphic violence and deviant sin that may not be suitable for all audiences. If you are easily offended or of a delicate nature, you may choose not to watch SATAN HATES YOU -- but do so at the risk of your IMMORTAL SOUL!

Worst Movie of the Century ! Truly amazing !

No matter how hard you look, you will NEVER find a worst movie than this one. I always try to look for good elements even on a B-movie, and I always rate according to Genre and talent regardless the budget and actors. In the end of the day, acting only needs a talented performer and a camera. This movie is unbelievable. There is not a single positive comment that I can make. It is the worst scripted and executed movie ever made, and it sets new standards for when it comes to bad movies. It is most likely a church sponsored Bmovie that is trying to pass the idea that "Jesus Loves all Sinners". I completely support the freedom of one person to express his beliefs and ideals through art ! However, there is Art, and there is Junk. This movie has nothing to do with the art of cinema, and it is by no means a Horror movie as described. It would be best described as a religious Bmovie. Terrible !

not bad, not good, just kind of there

For an independent film, this movie was pretty well done. That being said, the movie catches itself up far too often in the obvious religious overtones that it contains. Showing young adults living life in excess of "sin" (i use that term loosely but you get the idea) doesn't really lead to much of entertainment, as it is done without humor, excitement, extreme, etc. It is just more there to be there. To critique it, the acting is horrendous and the costume design is straight out of the seasonal aisle at a local department store. But with the budget, that is what is to be expected. I can say there are much worse ways to spend an hour and a half (hollywood blockbusters with a fraction of the heart) but putting comparisons aside, stand alone, it is just another movie. 4.1/10

Excellent movie if you take it for what it is.

I just watched it and while it will not win any awards, it is a great independent effort. It has a great cast and a nice grindhouse touch. First of all its not a movie that pushes religion in any way though religion does fit into the theme. While religion is what this movie is based off, its still very interesting and kind of a trip.

To me it was the 1970's grindhouse style that got me. Im a sucker for and exploitation file, and that is exactly what this is.

I give it 8 stars because I can see there is some kind of closed mindedness going on with this film. I encourage you not to make this a religious debate and just enjoy the movie for what it is, A Grindhouse 1970's style exploitation film that was independently made.
