The six reclusive slackers who live in Jupiter Landing -- a run-down house that's been converted into an apartment complex -- are forced to unite when their landlord gives them a 30-day eviction notice. Nicki, a cub reporter who spends too much time on her job and not enough on her messed-up personal life, tries to organize the eclectic group to retaliate against the landlord. Unfortunately, she doesn't have much to work with. Tyson, a brooding bad-boy lawyer who keeps his distance from everyone, is content to spend his free time locked in his apartment getting stoned and watching porn. I like to go to the movies... this one is a movie I would see again and again. The characters were interesting and made me want to know more about them. They all seemed to have life experiences that were worth knowing about. I would love to see this film as a series and follow all the characters on a week to week basis. This is way better than reality TV! What happens to Catfish after he buys Jupiter Landing and gets a "real" girlfriend? Does Nicky ever get a real job as a reporter? What becomes of Tyson after he gets out of jail? Do he and Nicky stay together. What about Dumpster Dude? Does he get to move on or does he stay around and keep people guessing. I think these characters could really keep me interested for a long time.
