When a group of college kids win a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, they soon find themselves on a rollercoaster of survival as bodies drop left and right. When the workers at a local VooDoo tourist attraction begin turning up dead, the teens must bind together and stay alive to figure out who is behind this most wicked plot. But, hey, who can be inconvenienced at the biggest party of the year? Written by Steven Shea
We got lots of wonderful feedback on Hoodoo for Voodoo at the Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival. This film blends some great horror with moments of comedic hilarity all while showcasing some terrifically talented and sexy actresses. This type of suspense-scare-laugh roller-coaster is what makes this film stand-out and makes the viewer feel "out-of-control". This is the kind of skillful writing/directing that made the original "Scream" such a big hit. It truly was a crowd pleaser winning a tie for the best horror feature award and winning best film soundtrack. The future looks bright for these filmmakers and we look forward to receiving their next project!
